Considering a similar house nearby recently sold for $415K, if you start adding how much money it would cost to update this home...my math shows at the list price of $299,900, assuming once all done, this home could fetch a similar price, the new owner would theoretically have approx. $55K to $75K of equity sitting in this investment, Day 1. Of course, these are just my rough numbers and you should not rely upon them.
